Semi-Private Training

Every workout is planned and programmed well in advance. Each week you will receive a strength training program according to your goals, your fitness level, and your schedule for that week. Every program is designed to your personalized needs all while avoiding injury and seeing progress as quickly and safe as possible. The coach always maps out an attack plan with you before each session. We realized that planned sessions are more enjoyable for everyone.
